I think HP is the way to go. Every one of their products for which i have read reviews, gives them, on balance, high marks.

I got a Brother MFC 9840. Liked it so much, I got a second one. They don't quite hit your specs, but they are plenty good for a small office. Mine were bought for about $600 each.

I have an HP and it works great. I am probably going to upgrade to a bigger one next year. I've been doing about 1200 sheets per month. I use their Instant Ink program. 300 sheets are $9.99/month then $1 for each additional 25. I don't know if it's the greatest deal, but Ink comes right to me before I need it.

Thanks for all the recs! Think I'll have to look an HP then

Xerox 8500. Nothing is close for quality and cost. Itnis a dry ink product.

Business generation is going to be the bane to my existence. I’m a highly regarded mid level at my firm (in terms of work product), but my colleagues (that are, quite frankly, incompetent) seem to be getting further ahead solely due to the business they bring in, which is usually attributed to their wealthy friends/family businesses. I do networking everywhere I go, but I just can’t seem to land the commercial clients I need. Any advice?

Everyone has a different perspective on this but would love to hear yours. Someone has debt ranging say 4-5% interest rates. Do you attack debt more then investing to move towards a debt free life or do you go after investments since they return historically above that then paying down closer towards retirement. I know the latter looks better on paper but what about the psychological factors of being debt free and the guaranteed return on interest savings.
