Do you think using “him/her” for “he/she” (ex: “her is playing” “him not here yet”) is something that kids usually grow out of? Or does it need direct intervention? I have 2 students who exhibit this error, who otherwise should be dismissed. Got a bit of cashflow coming in - should I prepay home loan 3% APR, car loan 2.59 APR or invest in the market. If i prepay, wont reduce monthly outgoings but will just reduce term of loan (car 5 years) and mortgage (29 yrs left). No penalty in my state
Emergency fund, 401kmax, Roth all done. Confusion is if home appreciates, its a leveraged trade on low borrowing, but if it falls, thats bad. Car wont increase in value. Stock market - who knows!
