Anyone else mesmerized right now by the 1hr and 12 hr data coming in? My holdings specifically...BTC edging towards $5k, ETH towards $400, XRP about to break $.25 (a few hours ago it was stuck at .23), OMG just keeps slowly running and well over $12 now. All are close to or are all time highs. WTF is going on!? Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

I was on bench in Accenture since 45 days so i started searching outside.

Friends, need your inputs. What is the upper limit salary slab for Level 9 Accenture services domain. My current CTC is 16.5 and want to move to Accenture. HR is saying 25 lacs falls under level 8 slab. So need to know the upper slab for Level 9. The role is for Azure cloud.

What stocks should your invest your HSA into? Is 100% in VTI acceptable for HSA investments?

For all these beaten down growth stocks if you are thinking of buying shares would it be worth it here just to buy a leap instead of shares and let it ride. I’m sure some of these stocks will never recover so even if the leap goes to zero wouldn’t it be close to the same loss as if you had shares and it keeps dropping in the next year. See PTON, PINS, DKNG, PLTR, PYPL and V(lesser extent) etc. I haven’t done leaps before and just trying to learn how best to use it as a replacement for shares

Confused whether I should buy puts or calls
