My partner is in an industry they love but almost always has to work weekends. Their off days are during the week. I was able to cope/avoid it when I was occupied by work travel, but since covid I’m really discouraged by it now and when thinking long term. It feels like I’m alone all the time and like I can’t plan trips or time together to make up. I have great benefits but they seem useless in our situation. I usually enjoy alone time, but it’s starting to get to me. Any advice?

Do you live together? If so, have you tried discussing possible options with them to see if you can plan mini "dates" when both of your schedules are open? Even something as simple as having lunch together helps. Good luck op!

what did you guys do pre-covid? I mean, you say "thinking long term" and can't plan trips ... that didn't cross your mind pre-pandemic? my point is ... if we do return to normals some time within a year, you would go back to travelling, both with the same schedule. So ... how did you approach this issue before March? Alternatively ... if you wanna go on a short trip well then 1 of the 2 would have to ask for a couple of days off or in a long trip, both take days off ... I guess I don't see a big issue in this cause it's an issue you would have anyways, regardless of covid

So to give some background, I currently have about 6-7 YOE in the BA/PM space, and my current position is 100k, with 10k annual bonus. The position I hold is as a Senior Business Analyst at the company I'm currently at.

I received an offer for a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst at Accenture for 128k annually with a 15k signing bonus. I'm hesitant due to the lower title, as I want to move back into PM work, and feel as if I'm taking a step down. Also, concerned with the WLB at Accenture.

Happy Friday. Just a reminder of a few things:

- ADHD is a disability, but it’s not the end of the world
- give yourself a break. Your brain needs it more than you realize
- medication is not a cure-all treatment. Medication + diet + exercise + self-organization is the key.
- ADHD causes us to feel emotions stronger than the average person.
- failure is inevitable, but so is success. Act accordingly, and be kind and fair to yourself
- life is hard, but that’s… wait, what was I saying? 😂😎❤️
