My PERM ETA - 9089 form is filled with a wrong birth date. The birth year is wrong. I have informers the lawyers and waiting to hear next steps. Has anyone had a similar experience or is aware of what’s the procedure to correct birth date? Does it have to be corrected? Or Can it be corrected directly in the next process I.e. I-140?

Does anyone have experience leveraging offers elsewhere for higher pay / bonuses in between review cycles? Not sure how to do so given that we're paid according to year end reviews & on a set scale

I'm moving my firm to a non hourly model. I want to encourage efficiency and discourage the work your life away model.

For litgation we're thinking past pleadings and MTDS then X, Discovery than Y, SMJ motions then Z trial then Q.

What are your thoughts on this ? What are my issues here. I think the hardest one is to predict discovery. But I also think we can outsource some of this to cheeper labor and lean on our tech to not actually have to review everything.

Just started working and am now able to open 401k so did that. Before I set my contribution rate for it I want to figure out the Roth IRA I just opened with chase because I’m not eligible for employer match yet. I have 32k in taxable brokerage with chase. Can I just move 6k from there into my Ira and if so is that the smartest way to go about it? So then for 2020 that’s maxed and then will set my 401k contribution so it over the 26 pay periods in 2021 it will max the 19.5k limit?
