They met me at the higher end of my range, which is great! But as a woman, I know we tend to not ask for more. I don’t want to make that mistake.

I received a job offer with a probationary period that requires targets are met to obtain the full salary I requested. While this is not a pure sales role, biz dev and revenue are part of the responsibility of managing a 30pp department in this role.

One target requires I increase team revenue by 20% in 6 months. They haven't shared current revenue info yet, but 20% on ANY number seems really high, especially in the first 6 months.

What are some reasonable revenue increase goals you've had?

After 6 weeks off work, I went back,today, to a company I used to work with years ago, today. Good job with Work/life balance.Make a consistent 100k+. I took the job because the industry I was coming from is very seasonal and hiring won't be in demand until spring next year. Later this afternoon, one of the companies I interviewed with called me back for 3rd interview. This job is riskier but 150k plus, which what I was used too. I ll probably get the job.
