My productivity almost doubled today with Whatsapp, FB and Insta being down!

Is anyone familiar with average or competitive salaries for business planning and analysis? I’m the sole manager/employee of my function for a midsize IT firm in thE OC of SoCal. I wear many hats outside my direct duties and help keep our entire Business Unit/Commercial Side running smoothly (about 15 of us total). I feel severely underpaid but have a hard time finding comparable positions, thus salaries as well. Any info is greatly appreciated.

So I could use some advice for my startup. We currently are putting finishing touches on our MVP. We don’t really have any users, but we’re not sure if we should first try to secure funding (without users) or build up the user base first then go for funding. Lazy Sunday evening and finished watching Abhimaan movie. Just here to say it is a real gem even after so many years. The songs and singers are excellent, acting is very good and the direction is superlative. Watching it now, I can appreciate the song “ab to hai tumse” and the associated direction of Hrishikesh Mukherjee. It’s truly brilliant how the story moves in 3 minutes and is told so perfectly through the song. That is all 😀.
