No tips. Just know you're not alone. Me too pal.
Building routine: have a designated work space that you only use during designated working hours. More importantly, anything outside of that work space and work hours are YOUR time. WFH, does not mean you can be reached 24/7, keeping work and personal life mutually exclusive while at home is key. Shower and eat before tackling your work, walk away after 4 hours and make your lunch, go back and finish your "shift." At the end, close the laptop and do something for you.

Yes. Be up front with your supervisor/manager. I struggled in silence for about a month, but when I spoke up my manager told me to take the rest of the week off and to recover. This isn’t the most likely outcome when having this conversation, but it helped me to just get my manager in my corner so she knows *why* I’m less productive. We’re all in this together. Take care of yourself.

I’ll throw in a couple more things. My day was previously segmented by driving/ubering to the office. That’s gone so the switch from breakfast to work seemed clunky. Same with the switch from EOD to relaxing time. To address this, I have been taking multiple quick showers a day. Might not work for everyone, but for me a shower helps to mentally segment my day. Also I take a LOT of breaks during the day to just get outside and maybe walk a block or two, and I have communicated this to my client. Being up front about what you need to be healthier and more productive is an awkward conversation to begin, but they know I’ll show as “away” occasionally but I’ll respond to Skype messages within 10 minutes or so. Eat healthy. Hello Fresh has helped me stay on track, and I think I might still have referral codes for like 3 free meals (maybe? I’d have to check) if you haven’t used it before and are interested in trying it. Exercise. I got a yoga mat and I don’t use it. BUT I have a dog, and he has been loving the walks we are taking. Super low impact exercise but man it feels good to get some blood pumping.
