Started job during pandemic Mar 2021, quit (needed a break), came back to same company after a month (needed the cash + liked the people). Didn't get the same project management type responsibility and was given operations responsibility in the new job. Realized today, I don't like managing people/operations. Now I'm just in a rut, do I swap industries completely? (Been considering UX design) Do I wait out for a bit further? Pandemic has ruined jobs for me from WFH.

Just finished my compensation meeting at work, got my promo and a really nice raise that pushed me into the six figure club. If you had asked me 5 years ago if I'd ever be making this much money or be having this much success I would have laughed.
