What's the inhand salary calculation for below 2 offers(after tax)

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.

Visa question: wife on H4EAD for past 2 yrs, was on H1b before that and has approved I140 since 2014, employer ready to sponsor h1. Does the employer need to file i140 again for H1b or can use previous i140 for the change of status from h4 to H1b?

He works for Pwc and had year end discussion in which he is told that they are planning to put him under Performance improvement program post 4th July. His i40 was approved last month, I have 2 questions.
1) If PWC terminates him, will they apply to USCIS for revoking his i40? Does the big 4s generally withdraw?
2) given his scenario, should he just move on to new employer or will he risk or loosing his i40 in this case?

What is if i go back to india? Can i apply for my H1 anytime (without going through lottery) and move back to US? I am trying to understand how safe is having I140?

If I continue the process with my company and receive the green card, is it possible to get citizenship with 3 years under the green card instead of the 5 years required under employment?
