Hello everyone, i have received an offer from Mindtree for the position of AWS tech lead, i have 4.5 yoe and the package I have been offered is 23L. My current CTCt is 8.5 and i have other offers of around 20L fix,is it a good deal or i should negotiate for more?

I have been at the current hospital I work at in administration for about 11 years now. I am treated great, love the people and love the hours. They allow me to really create my own schedule based on my needs and have taken great care of me over the past 11 years. The only problem is that our CEO has stated that we will never be a company that gives yearly raises, merit based or cost of living. Just received my offer from Uber. Is it normal for recruiters to play hard ball when it comes to comp? I feel like what I was offered for the role was low, and he made it seem like it was non negotiable. (They don’t decide this, do they?) Need advice. Leadership originally referred to us as Specialists. For the past month or so, they've been telling us we're Project Managers in absolutely no uncertain terms.

I am tired(or jealous) or hearing tier-2 grads getting hired with 20-30 LPA.

When I was switching in May, some HRs(from PwC and L&T) had told that they won't be able to continue with me, since my existing offer and expectation exceeded what they can offer for a 3y exp, which was mere 15 LPA though.

So, how do these freshers (not from NITs or IITs mind you) get hired before even getting out of the college or 1-1.5 year exps, get hired with upwards of 30 LPA? Where can I find such jobs?
