My response to just about everything these days is: "sorry, that's above my pay grade".

Question for parent 🐠s. What are the pro and cons of having 2 or more kids. Wife and I are exhausted with our 18 month old (who we both love more than anything in this world!). Hi guys, i got good comments in my review and feedback was also the same during regular connects in last cycle. But even after being a lateral hire and already completing 2 cycles at ZS, my ratings are barely halfway, whenever i ask about feedback from seniors i always get answers like you are already doing good. Feeling pretty bad about the ratings and seeing people of my tenure getting far better hikes. How do i take this up with my AC without sounding rude?

I'm 16 weeks pregnant (1st time). My office (in NYC) is re-starting back to work in 2 weeks. I previously had an exemption for fertility treatments as exemptions were given for any medical reason. Now there are no more exemptions being given & I would need to request one from my LoB head.

I have a new team whom I have never met & if I don't go back now, I wont see them until Dec. I am boosted but my commute is about an hour including bus ride & a 25 min walk each way. What would you do?

Trello? Jira? Other? Why?

I've gotten a lot of mileage out of Trello. Can go shallow or deep. Can't beat it for ease of use, robust free features, lot's of options from them/3Ps on the paid side. I haven't had a lot of success on data/tracking / reporting sides.

Partners or whomever can help me understand about billing and hours. To keep things simple, let’s say you only have one staff to work 1,700 billable hours a year on a $60k salary and you have only one job that and the rate charged to the client is $300/hour and an projected hours budget of 1,700 hours. So ideally you would have revenue of $510k. If the staff takes less time partners make less money and if they take more time partners make more money while the staff keeps the same salary?

Do you record your unbillable time? I have had conflicting responses. I have been told it's not good for efficiency calculations but others have told me if your still doing work let people know. For example, I get weird international stuff sometimes that not everyone gets (I think maybe? ) and I need to reread the 5471 rules or 8865 rules as I do the returns. I have been told not to bill for this but if I didn't have to spend time to do such things my billable hours would be higher
