Hi Fishes..I could see that my People Lead has been changed from Manager to Senior Manager.. It was assigned to Manager 3days back but now it has been changed to Senior Manager in the Rewards communication. My current role is - Application development Senior Analyst Could anyone please tell me why the People Lead has been changed suddenly as Last year it never changed and AM was my People Lead. Hey guys,
I got selected to HCL Technologies , had submitted my documents and all the required information also updated my joining form in discover HCl website. It also shows that my bgv is completed but I have'nt recieved myoffer letter it has been more than a week. I also have a service agreement to fill it requires my date of joining which I think will be in my offer letter. Can any one help me and say how will this move from now.

My sales lead increased quota just by a little but still at a place where he makes sure we can succeed . There’s a difference in trying to push you but also they shouldn’t be playing with your money like that . Unfair in my opinion . Especially if you’re great at what you do .
There are several factors to this question> How many customers do you cover? What is your 3 yr average goal and attainment? What was your attainment on the 8M goal? It can't be done in a vacuum with one point of data. What is the company's growth projection? If you did 16M on the 8M goal you did crush it and a 20M goal is only a 25% increase over your attainment, don't know any sales organizations that goal on previous goal, they mostly all goal on actuals.
So that I am clear, is that a 20% increase YOY? Or 120% increase?
Wow.. did you also get a raise?
Otherwise, it sounds like it’s time to move on..
Haha, so after you act as the “fall guy” for your whole team (allowing everyone else to have a realistic plan and make money) they’ll probably put you on a development plan next year, and promote somebody else because “your performance will need improvement” but if you play your cards right you’ll crush it in 2024!! Good luck!!

Do they look at your pipeline and take that into consideration? What kind of product are you selling? If you crushed last year, how do YoY historicals factor in?
Did your territory grow in account size?
Are you able to bring hard data to your leader and make a case that you had some large one off deals that are non-repeatables?
Seems like an astronomical number to me. Maybe they see incredible potential in you but you've all got to be on the same page to replicate the same success you had from last year.
