Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

I wish our school had that. A student infected several teachers. He missed 4 days, then came back for for 2, missed 1, came back for 1, and missed 1 again. He was obviously sick, yet nothing was done. He was coughing, and was hoarse. He also stated several times he wasn't sick. Also this student does not wear his mask correctly and Admin says nothing.
We are not contact tracing locally and same situation with some kids. They come in sick, miss a day and say its allergies but are not tested and we do not have a mask mandate so most of our kids are not wearing a mask.
We have had that since the beginning of last year. Our tests are 98% accurate and we have the results within 15 minutes. It’s been great!
We have it also. I feel so bad for the nurses. They are swamped! With all the paperwork contract tracing, know when they can come back. Letting parents e, etc.
We get our results in 12 hours. So far no covid in school since testing began. We are mask mandatory.

Ours is “coming soon”

Parents can opt in to that in some districts in MA (if the district opts in). It’s called test-and-stay. If the student is exposed at school and showing no symptoms, they can get rapid tested at school and stay as long as it is negative.
I wish that were available, and it’s interesting that after 18 months of this, that it isn’t fairly standard by now.
Quick cheap testing would have eliminated this virus by now. Think that through for a moment.
I wish we did. We don’t even have that option in our town!
We do! We call it “test to stay”. It’s a 15 minute rapid test. It’s kept sooooo many kids out of quarantine.

Great option! Wish we had that

We do.
We do, and for students with parent permit. Thank goodness!
Wewe have it at our school
We have had it for like a year
Our district has testing and they did a COVID shot day for all that wanted it with parents consent of course and if the parents need it too! Our district test seem to be very accurate!
We just started weekly pool testing for staff and students. 176 Staff that participated last week came back all negative. Students were negative as well except for 1 positive at our school. Taking weekly test and knowing the results are negative does reduce the stress of it all we still continue to take all the precautions. Let’s band together whether vaccinated or not. Stay well - all you teachers are amazing!!!
I wish we had that for our middle school too!
We are just starting to have it available. Our numbers were a little high but they’re much better now. We haven’t had a new case at our school in these past two weeks.

We have it it's for students staff and families of both.
I hope we have it in our school. I got COVID and believe me, it is not fun at all. The masks are optional where I work and although I use mine, It wasn’t enough. Take care please
We do staff and any student who has parental permission gets tested every week. We did almost all of last year and now this year. It has helped us find cases in school.
Our school has it too
