Why is utilization such a big deal in Big4, GT, BDO, etc? Do folks get seriously dinged if they don’t meet utilization targets at the Director level? I moved from IT consulting firms like Cognizant, Wipro, etc to Big4 and Ofcourse I am cognizant of the more talented folks in big 4 and the exit opportunities it provides, but is utilization the be all and end all?
