Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Telling them will likely protect her.
Firing someone due to maternity can easily be construed as discrimination. So HR will protect her to protect the company from allegations of discrimination
Thank God I work in France
Wow. That’s scary. Is she in the US??? We have RIGHTS that protect
Thank you everyone for the helpful responses!
Update: she got laid off. It was a 1 min zoom call with the CEO he told her and few others “today is your last day, you’ll receive an email to return equipments” and immediately ended the call!!!
Pwc1 we don’t know if she was laid off because she was pregnant/had a baby. Your reaction is so cringeworthy. I agree if that’s what happened it’s terrible but at the same time her pregnancy may have had nothing to do with anything. People today are constantly hopping on whatever bandwagon victimizes them the most and it’s so exhausting.
Tell her that if they fire her for being pregnant or giving birth, that’s discrimination and she can sue. Doubt they’ll fire her for that, but if they do, sue them. Get money out of it. But document EVERYTHING. Have it all in writing. Nothing verbal. Always get your receipts.
