Bain & Company Hello Fishes.
What is the average CTC offered for a Research Associate with 1 year of experience in Healthcare consulting?
I'm looking forward for opportunities, hence would be great to know the current CTC trends to effectively negotiate with the employer.
Thanks in advance!

Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???
Please help asap.

Roth vs 401k / IRA is a calculation of tax band today vs at retirement
Both. But probably IRA first given the expanded investment options
Roth. Let’s you withdraw contributions and much more flexibility. After maxing that out, and assuming you have enough cash, then 401k
Also look at 401k fees vs IRA. Likely the 401k if the form has no match etc is there to meet legal requirements not as an ee benefit.
