Best transfer options for CSR and Amex?

This is probably a dumb question, but are MBA consultants kosher? One of my schools has something about feedback vs. coaching with the essays, and I’m unclear as to where consultants or things like ApplicantLab fall on that spectrum.

Does it make sense to get a Amex gold card when I use the CSR and the freedom unlimited?

How easy is it to transfer from other offices to the US? I’m from the US but I’m motivated to do an MBA in Europe and join a MBB for a few years there in a place like London or Paris. But I do eventually see myself back on the east coast (NYC, Boston, etc) a few years after school.

Would it be an uphill battle for me to do this?
