Ah now it did.
Is TD&E (PMO) at EY really that bad? I’m doing federal consulting at Accenture and the work isn’t exciting but I have great WLB and I love it. I’m currently an analyst making 80K and EY is offering 125K. That’s a huge bump for me and would do a lot financially so I feel like I should take it and stay for a year or 2 until I find another opp. Is the WLB horrible? Toxic environment? Will I be required to travel a lot? I can deal with semi boring work but the posts about TD&E have me scared lol
I accidently pinged my partner, "Kill Me."

Really don’t see the problem here. He tried to do something sweet. TBH I don’t think the difference is discernable nor worth making a big deal over. I got a toasted lox, cream cheese, and capers bagel from a Korean-owned deli this morning which had kimchee on the shelves. Tastes the same.

Meh, hefty annual fees and not much in benefits anyway 😆.
i just say they don’t use authentic ingredients so it tastes different but nice try 👍 then teach him how to navigate the asian store
just tell him/her
I don’t want to land at, well I will just do it myself then. That would be a bad solution because they are trying to do us a favor
Get both and show them how much better the real one tastes
“Hey, that was so sweet, thank you! Next time let’s go to “Asian grocery store” together, I can show you my favorite brand”
Just tell them. It’s your culture who cares if you seem “picky”. My white bf and I have been going through this exercise for years.
Ask him if he’d pick up pancakes at a Japanese grocer.
Ummm sir are you even Asian? Japanese pancakes are literally the best pancakes in the world. American pancakes taste like napkins in comparison
Dump them for an Asian person
Make a similar comparison to something he likes.
I stand corrected. There no similar comparison. Asian things are better 😂
