Is TD&E (PMO) at EY really that bad? I’m doing federal consulting at Accenture and the work isn’t exciting but I have great WLB and I love it. I’m currently an analyst making 80K and EY is offering 125K. That’s a huge bump for me and would do a lot financially so I feel like I should take it and stay for a year or 2 until I find another opp. Is the WLB horrible? Toxic environment? Will I be required to travel a lot? I can deal with semi boring work but the posts about TD&E have me scared lol
What the fuck is AA Platinum Pro? Thinking of switching to Delta, debating since I love the One World status that comes with AA and I fly Cathay Pacific often as well... should I switch?
Is strat.consulting just bs politics and kissing up to partners/execs?That's the impression I'm getting from sim training.I get overcoming blockers but saying no/pushing back has never been the answer
EY 🐠 Any chance of flexing a SM position to MD? Interested in a role and would be a great fit, but not interested in a lateral.
Anyone deal with a SO that has to travel a lot for work during the weekends? Dating this guy I really like but he travels a lot on the weekends for his career. It's hard that I barely see him.
The worst part about being from LA and being on a travel project is that the weather sucks no matter where they fly me to. Like what is this water coming from the sky... 😓
Overheard at client site today: "Accenture partners show up twice during a project. First time to sell it, second time to apologize" 😂
I accidently pinged my partner, "Kill Me."
If I’m moving from philly to NYC and I don’t drive, what’re the best options to move everything?
Providing hyperlinks in resume to deliverables that are already in the public domain? 👍 or 👎
If you already have an MBA, 7 YOE but have the choice to go back to school for free. What degree or other education do you recommend to get an ROI? Any online or hybrid program that you can think of?
