My spouse has valid h4 visa stamped and got selected for h1 visa this year. While they are working on submit his h1 petition and when it’s approved , can he travel back using stamped h4 visa or does he have to get his h1 stamped?

Hi all... received medical RFE for my AOS (EB1C India non concurrent filing in December, 140 approved in May, FP complete in April 2021)
They have given an envelope but the medical records cannot fit inside. Any advice on how to handle this ? Should I just tape or Clio the envelope with the sealed envelope ?

My h1b was renewed after my last stamping so my valid h1b petition has a different petition number than that in my most recent visa stamp. Would this impact my eligibility for automatic visa revalidation?
