I think I’ve succumbed to the obsession of only the top schools being good enough. I first thought T15 was good enough, then only M7, then only HSW, and now only H/S. The next time someone says “the reason partners make so much is because they take on all the risk”, we can dispute them and use corona as an example. If partners took on all the risk staff would get paid in full before they got paid anything. The fact that staff salaries were reduced is proof staff are taking on risk too and should be compensated accordingly.
