My Tech interview was done on 24th Jan and the result came that I cleared the Tech round. Before 1 week they asked me to share the Candidate Sheet and Aadhar Card. What will be the next process and how and when can I know the same as there is no point of contact? In how much time do they revert?

Today i have got mail from hr where they have sent one more mail saying they have arrange another meeting to get to know more about you and your professional experience.

In interview I will he having technical discussion and management and hr round.

So is it just hr round or they will take another interview on technical skills.

Please suggest is it normal?

Recently cleared interview for tcs for automation testing. Currently I am getting 10lpa and expecting 10% annual increment by oct. Tcs offering me 13lpa also said there is no room for negotiation. Will it be a wise decision fo join tcs?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

A friend of mine recently got selected for R2R with Accenture. Since she has 1 yr of experience qs a graduate trainee, seems the HR asked her to delete her work experience in the employment form.
Do Accenture not count the experience of a graduate trainee? Please advise since I don't have much knowledge about this.

I’ve been frustrated lately because my in-house clients refuse to accept legal interpretations from the legal department. Example: “Hey Senior Counsel, here’s a contract provision—can you tell me what you think this requires us to do?” SC: “Sure. This isn’t ambiguous at all. It requires us to do X.” Business person: “Hmm. I know I’m not a lawyer, but I think it means Y.” Client proceeds to do Y. I’m not even sure why I’m here anymore. Does this happen at your company? Well here is a new issue I am troubleshooting today. We have an ADA reasonable accommodation request for gluten free cookies at the reception after the holiday talent show for an employee with celiac disease. I think we might be required to grant this request. Employee has the same right to access the benefits of employment with us as everyone else - here that benefit would be baked goods at the reception. I suppose celiac impairs a major life function - eating, and is a disability. Thoughts?
