As a manager, I check everything. I keep an eye on the deliverables as well as the staff and make sure everything gets done, correctly and timely. If you want to act rude, or passive aggressive. I will no longer work with you, on your shit client that will send the information a week before the deadline. When you end up with a manager that doesn’t look at anything, doesn’t care and leaves you with all the work, you will regret being rude to me. I put in an honest days work, I ask for respect.

I interviewed for a full-time role (remote) but it was later revealed it would require relocation. I am not wanting to do that and they said I could come on as a contractor. The vendor I would go through provides benefits (medical, dental, PTO). What would be a realistic hourly rate to request/negotiate?
