My title is system eng but the work is so is program manager. I’m not the officially PM but work under the guy who is the program manager (associate PM) he’s leaving and I’m asked to “step up” while they look for someone to fill the role.Do you think it’s ethical to put APM as my title on my resume even tho that’s not my official job title? I’m trying to get a product manager job somewhere else but failing to get an interview because I don’t think companies like seeing no PM exp. Thoughts? YOE 3

Some of these posts are ridiculous. They’re like just exited consulting to FAANG/Niche Startup with $150k base and $400k TC with 6 months of experience,you can do it too! Then they ghost or explain that they are a former SWE 😬 coming from MBB. Going to some super Niche role that people with crazy backgrounds are recruited for. Congrats, but not everyone has that background

Slightly embarrassing question here. I am a mom of one - 14 months. One thing that hasn’t gone back to normal for me is my BO and sweating. I used to love the heat. It would be in the 80’s during the summer and I’d never use the A/C. Hated being cold. I would not sweat heavily and take days to smell. During pregnancy and the weeks following birth it changed due to hormones, but it’s over a year. I still get hot easily, sweat profusely above 72, and smelly w/in hrs. Is this permanent?!
