My toxic trait is that as soon as work starts getting to stressful I start interviewing elsewhere, no matter how short of time I’ve been there.

I work in a small cpa firm that only does govt audit, but I don’t want to be pigeonholed. What can I do in my interview to show I can work in big4 & do non govt work (even if I have 0 experience)? TIA

I interviewed with a consulting firm that’s not well known, a couple hundred people, competitive salary. As part of the interview process (after getting past a screener and a case interview), they gave me a large assignment of creating a deck that they were supposed to look at, provide feedback, allow me to make corrections, and finally present to them. This initial presentation I sent took no less than 12 hours to complete. After I sent it, they ghosted me until rejecting me a week later.

Can I ask for some advice? I’ve been really unhappy the past few months - 1.5 YOE out of uni. When one of my projects ended abruptly, I went out a found a position in a sold project in another OU. My OU leaders pulled me from the project and placed me on one of their own. Now, they are doing it again except it’s a long term implementation with a boring client that I hate.
