Any good book recommendations?
I got H1B Visa and 83000 USD dollar petition amount as annual package.I am confused as this amount will be enough to survive there with wife and 7 year old daughter.My wife is working here and together we are earning 50LPA annual.We are settled here by owning house too.Confusion is my wife will not be able to work there on H4 Visa so the kind of life we are living here will not be possible there.Thoughts?Suggestions?Pros and Cons?

have you looked into Shef.com? They seem to provide platform for home chefs to sell and make money. Wife and I ordered a couple of times in Chicago and both times the food was authentic and tasty. Not sure, what city you are in and if these guys operate in your city but would be a good start.

Aathira and Robinson... both made great Kerala cuisine. Robinson was a bit more pricey than Aathira.

Home cooked meal service? The demand for high quality, nutritious food is likely to go up as more people welcome the hybrid wfh model post pandemic. I know a sizeable market for such a service already exists in NJ, NYC.
From personal experience, I live in DC and there's no decent service in the district. You could also find a new market in such cities where there's not enough supply at present.

Can’t she start restaurant with h4 ead??
A lady near by our client office did exactly same as what D1 said. She started cooking for 2,3 people in our office but later on it went to 25 people maximum. And, she also liked the business model because she works only M-Thu, and we pay good money as it’s on client’s dime.
If she is really interested, get her enrolled in a culinary school. She can work her way up once she has her foot in the door. It’s not easy to run a restaurant.
