My wife is 19 weeks pregnant and just caught the common cold. Was advised to not take Nyquil/Tyenol as not pregnancy safe and she already has lower immunity because of the baby. Should I be concerned? Is there any risk to pregnancy? Extremely worried. Was told to rest and wait it out.

Planning to move back to our hometown before the baby is due which would make me about 6-7 months (move in April, due date is early July). Is it worth it to try and find a new job the last couple months of pregnancy or should I use that time to settle in to our new place before baby arrives? I am 8 weeks pregnant. Just went in for my lab results and my progesterone is super low. This is a significant signal that the pregnancy is ectopic or otherwise non viable. We're going in for an ultrasound early next week to find out more.

I’m looking another clinic with less cycles but 40 plus category is almost at 20 percent success rate (above national average). Should I rely on these numbers in making a decision ?
