You could consider becoming a consultant or a freelance attorney. You would a lot of control over your schedule and rates that way.
UpWorks. LawClerk. Google search and you’ll find tons. Also, you could look into becoming Of Counsel for a firm.
You definitely don't have to give up the years you've put in or your passion! I would research some freelance or contract jobs. You could easily find work that you could do at home & for way fewer hours! Then, as the kids get a little older, you'll be able to shift into whatever capacity you'd like again. :) As a female, I'd like to say that it's kind of you to consider supporting your family in this way. It sounds like it could be a positive move for your family. And there are still plenty of opportunities for you to work super part-time (for now), as well. Best wishes to you all as you make the transition to two little ones!
Become a patent attorney. Good money and hardly need to see or meet with clients. All case work is via computer.
Do you have any suggestions on part time remote patent work bc I’m looking for that as a new patent attorney 😊
Contracts atty is pretty common for freelancing, and/or doc review
LinkedIn and/or Indeed is where I’ve seen posts
I would say look into freelancing. I know also try Upwork or fiveer for freelancing opportunities.
I agree with R1. You can definitely make some money while at home. You can check LinkedIn, Upwork and Fiverr for freelancing jobs.
