Interested in knowing salaries of Architectural Designers at AEC firms, and the change in compensation upon licensure in the USA (early career/ closer to graduation). Any bonuses or promotions upon being a licensed Architect?

My firm is lockstep then goes black box. Recently, us associates have started openly discussing what our raises and bonuses have been the past several years. I, a young female who has one of the highest billable hour counts in the firm, just learned I am routinely getting lower raises and bonuses than my male peers. No issues concerning my work product or anything else have been raised at reviews. Is there a solution here or should I run?

I like my job and career, but often find myself avoiding learning new tools or skills (not things I actively need for my job, but ex: new Figma tools that I have no real use for in my job that requires self-guided learning, etc). Just joined Infosys on Monday and got a call today for an opening in Unilever project. The person mentioned that I will be replacing another resources for now who is on medical leave and would be working on something that is a little below my skill level. Once that resource is back (after 2-3months) I would be transitioning to a better role with more options to look and learn.
