My wife received a RFE for her I-765 H4 EAD. How long would it take for USCIS to respond ?

I have a job offer from VISA inc (Bangalore) and Tata 1mg (Gurgaon) at a relatively same package. The perks of VISA are no doubt better but not able to decide from career perspective. At VISA its CIT team (So in case anyone from same team please share more deeper insights).

The perfectionist post made me think this is a good place to ask: how do you deal with a manager or team lead who's micromanaging or refusing to delegate? I like my team lead but everything down to the smallest detail has to be checked and rechecked by him and it slows down EVERYONE else.
