i’m a third year associate and i feel like it takes me forever to draft things. (including the time it takes to stare at a wall & really drill down/conceptualize an argument. how long is an acceptable amount of time to bill for smallish like 10 page motions?

Need some advice... I started at a new agency recently. Almost immediately upon meeting one of my male colleagues (over zoom) I felt this attraction and genuine connection. Context: he’s 11 years older than me but both of us are single, never been married, no kids, etc. he’s not my boss and we don’t technically work together on projects. I recently got my friend hired (1-week in) at my workplace and turnaround is all time high right now (darn Covid, 3 people left since I've joined for 7 months), but I'm gonna be talking to a recruiter as a salary offer came up for 50% higher than my current workplace. I feel really bad if this opportunity actually comes true as 50% increase to salary is ridiculous not to consider.
