I am done with all my rounds at S&P Global and shared my documents to HR. No one has asked about my expected salary yet. Is this usual in their process. How much can I ask for an experience of 9 years. How many days does it take to release the offer and what is the slary structure.

I just finished my Masters at UT Arlington. I’ve been working for this firm for almost 3 years in uptown Dallas. I technically don’t have a title, obviously because I’m not license. I mainly do a lot of renderings and postproduction work along with some digital graphics for a lot of projects. Is it too soon to ask for a pay raise? Or how do I come about that?

If you are hired to a particular BCG/McKinsey office (eg Amsterdam) but you want to start for a few months in New York due to personal reasons, who pays your salary New York office or Amsterdam office. I’m in the middle of negotiations and I don’t want a LCOL salary in a HCOL city

I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them. I got transferred to different accounts and LOB it was so exhausting and finally when I decided to leave and send my resignation my Supervisor be like "you know you should be thankful of your job" To be honest the job was very stressful and supervisor at some point is somehow toxic but thankful I get to take my leave.

Hi Fishes, I was offered 35% as initial offer and subsequetly raised to 55% during one round of verbal negotitaion, though I asked them to raise it a bit but subsequently I accepted it (55%). Now before rolling out offer letter they called me & informed that business could approve 44% @ max, if I would confirm then they will roll it out. Pls suggest how to go about.

I'm currently interviewing around and was told by my manager that they want to move me into more of a management role, but it would take 6 months to a year to get the budget approved. However, they are giving me more responsibility now, managing a team of consultant developers. Am I crazy to feel like I'm being left on a hook?

I have just agreed my new contract which is slightly below average salary rate but I don’t mind as I enjoy the work. However in the past year I’ve contributed a lot and done many overtime hrs every week. So this time I asked for 29 days holidays plus bank holidays. Is this too much to ask? - Consultant 1 positions requiring 3-5 years experience
- My range: $100k-$120k base
