Go for it. It's 3fold increase. And if you think you want more then wait for a year then switch.

People usually forget the compounding factor. Even if the hike on switch is 30%, even then it'd be a hike equal to your first job's total base. The offer you have is pretty good money wise. Congrats 👏👏👏:)
