Hello Fishes , I was interviewed in Harman and Benz. There were 2 technical rounds and 1 managerial round. After managerial round was completed I was rejected in both companies. I am fed up with this. Does anyone know what could be the reason for rejection after completing all rounds ? Has anyone faced similar situation in any other company. - Frustated Mbrdi Harman Connected Services Harman

NTT is a giant. They have very good projects and your WLB and growth will depend on project itself. Their bench policy is good too. If you have been hired for a dev role, 100% it'll be a dev role. You can easily survive recession or any other wave in this company. Hikes are twice a year if you are on Grade 6 or below and once a year on grade 7 and above. Hike percentage will be around 8-10%. Nobody is going to monitor your swipe ins and outs. 10 hours of working policy but some projects have 9 hours as well. Chances of going to onsite is high.
Not sure about Nagarro. Google and other people are your friend
Thank you so much for your detailed information,it helps me alot
Go for NTT.. if you are ok with the shift timings
I always loved Nagarro. If Nagarro is among the choices my vote always goes to it. Unfortunately although I applied several times I never received an offer or invitation.
Nagarro. Great WLB in there. Also, company culture promotes growth. Team Nagarro here.

See both of them are service company. Both has same kind of CTC breakup.
Now few questions to yourself and do research -
1. Bench policy
2. Hire n fire
3. How many days company can afford you if u r in bench.
4. Project duration.
5. Team size
6. Sub contractor { nagarro}
7. Onsite
