been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Is this a dead lock? firms exp matters much more than a CPA license?

On a new team, internal move. Have about 10 YOE but looks like this will be the first year I end nowhere near annual goal. I was recently laid off and got another offer with 10 days but wasn't able to hold on multiple offers as I was immediate joiner. Hence I joined the company but I was skeptical because it is product based food package manufacturing company. this is my 3 rd company.yoe -3.5 .net developer. I was not going to switch because my earlier work was nice. Current with this different industry i feel if I took right decision and will it be ok if I switch again or should I wait for some time.

I have 2 offers as mentioned below(1 year Internship + 11 months Full-time experience):
