Nagarro , YOE -4 ,Tech stack -QA , I have joined Nagarro 6 months ago , i was tagged in first project AFTER spending 2 months in bench , project was in manual testing , I asked the manager for change of project and he approved that I was released from project within 1.5 month , again got tagged in project project started very late and now there is again manual testing , should I re ask to change project ,or search for other opportunities outside ???? I want to work purely on automation testing

I got offer from wipro(citi bank) but I am not gonna join as I have another better offer.
But my onboarding has already started on the project as I am getting mails.

I have joined oracle on monday. They told me the project is in Angular as I was working on Angular latest framework. Today I noticed the code on shared screen. I can not work on older technology. I have not received laptop yet and I called manager about tech stack of project then he told me that yes it is not angular project. What should I do.. should I continue here and collect laptop ? Can I change project? Is angular projects in Oracle?

I'll jump in - you don't ever feel like you are at "the top", I would call it more in control. That is, you can make more trade off decisions than perhaps before. I can choose to fly to a client and miss my son's game/practice. There is a bit more autonomy - you still have demands and bullshit that people pile on you, but you can more consciously decide what you will and won't do, knowing the consequences

I have joined a new organisation as senior software engineer, later i found out that i have the lesser YOE among all my peers and juniors. The one who are there at the same designation had 3-4 years more exp than me.
This made me little bit uncomfortable in the project. Like what if i am not able to perform at the same level as other.
How to deal with this sort of anxiety ?

My boyfriend and I both work from home. His loud tone of voice is driving me nuts. He is an entrepreneur and gets in intense calls daily as he is trying to get his business off the ground. I cannot concentrate on my work because l always hear him raising his voice in the room next door and it stresses me, as I am a sensitive person.
I have raised this various times over the past 2 years but he fails to adjust. I’m inclined to leave the relationship because of this. Any tips? Am I overreacting?

There is a person in my company who doesn't work actually. He has 16 years of exp . But he always tries to escape from work. I escalated to my manger also but he is not concerned about that.

Guys, i joined a company for 13lpa(prod firm) but i didnt sign any Agreement or offer letter on first day as HR was busy.
