NKE Nike has been a good trade this year. , up a good amount for the year. The TTM is 41%, almost 3X the SPY, but it ha slowed down to only 14.5% T3M, just barely over the 13.9% of SPY. I rolled the longs at a bad time, but am still up decently for the year. Once again the shorts are helping while the ticker is down the past 3 days. The original entry was about $20K.

Hello all! in the cruise sales industry for about 8 years. always been a top producer but my last job I was at a cruise line that went belly up. Salaries in cruise industry are very low 20-40k and work hours are awful. Hey everyone, an Amazon Amazon recruiter reached out to me awhile back for a strategic sales position. I just got the denial from them one day after the interview. The recruiter gave me quite the list to prepare and my interviewer literally brought up none of it. 3 questions, tell me about what you do, what’s your sales cycle like and how would you explain cloud in the simplest terms. I had an interviewer show up late to an interview and then apologize and say that he’s handling an emergency situation. So, I’m relatively flexible and I say that I’m totally fine rescheduling and he says he’d rather just do the interview. He didn’t have his camera on, he’s in the car driving and talking to me. At the end he gives me his objections and I counter them and then he gives me “an assignment”. To write him an email marketing the company. These are all red flags right?

My quota is based on invoiced sales that resets quarterly. This includes a sliding-scale commission % based on how far you’re at on your quarterly goal (towards quota) which is checked/paid once a month. The only thing that goes toward our quota is PAID sales. This excludes orders still being processed by DE (largest orders) and customers still within NET payment terms. We don’t get paid until the company gets paid. Am I missing warning potential? Am I being expected of A and judged on B?

I work at a small CRM company in SaaS sales. It’s a small 35 ish employee company with a family-like culture.Been here for 7 years and usually make about 125k gross/year. What are your thoughts? I recently went through an interview at a start up where I had to present my ideas on different lead generation tools for an adjacent vertical (example: lead gen for physicians, while the actual job is for dentists). This mock presentation was 45 minutes where I was encouraged to get creative in lead gen techniques and build an effective sales process.
