I would say something like, we have meetings throughout the day and we don’t want to be interrupted unless there’s an emergency, otherwise please pretend like we’re not here. If this has happened multiple times then you should be very clear and direct with your expectations - maybe she needs you to empower her, you can say something like we trust you to take care of the kids during the workday.
You know your kids best. Maybe you could show her how you do it and how you want it done???
Just like you would advise , give feedback to a Sc /m on a project … give her tools and tips to deal, set boundaries on when she can knock for help or not . If it doesn’t work out , then time to let go

This is why I love daycare
Oh I’m sorry about that, thankfully our nanny has hardly been out in the 1 year she’s been with us but I understand where you are coming from
Give her some tools and ideas, show her how you get them to listen. Then tell her she’s the boss and she can do what she needs (distract them, tempt them with going to play outside later, try quiet time in a different part of the house, give them toys/books).
