Look into Ultherapy
I had it done in June and the results were great. You just need to find a certified/reputable medspa. I was hesitant as well but a friend of mine swore by it and she looks amazing so I went for it. It’s expensive and not the most comfortable experience but there is no down time at all. Results take about 3 months. Worth it in my opinion if you don’t want fillers or surgery (which I did not).
Coach
I have them also and the only thing that would help is getting filler. I’m scared to do it but no I will have to do it eventually unless I want to live with these ugly folds
Fillers can be mild and not look like injections if you go to the right person
I have done microneedling etc but nothing will make them go away other than fillers. Try using a guasha a few times a week and drink collagen daily.
I am in the states. I use the guasha weekly and saw some tutorials on IG and YouTube. With fillers tho , the problem is that they get injected in the cheeks , not on the smile lines. I got them done , spend 800$ and the difference was minimal. That’s why I just chose my facial battles hehe. I do microneedling every quarter , drink collagen daily , guasha every other day , retinol and now started adding botox on my forehead. I am going to be 40 this year and based on what other people tell me , I don’t look close to 40 at all. My face has its own budget. Also don’t go with expensive creams. They don’t do anything. Message me if you have questions !
I’m 42 and got fillers and am happy with the results. Go to a derm with a conservative approach.
I think I got restalyne and it’s held up really well so far- I think you could go longer than 6 months.
