Like a lot of others, I’m underpaid. I’ve been with my company for 3 years having worked various roles and have been working as a researcher for a couple years now.

Our org is restructuring and part of that is salaries are being reviewed and adjusted.

8th year associate, am struggling with motivation and am pretty checked out. Reviews have always been good/great, not stellar. I sense that I’ll get pushed out ( (if kind) or stealthed (if less kind) albeit my firm has a reputation for the former not that latter) between year end or maybe at the latest, next summer/fall. I feel like I’m too senior to land at another big firm or be heavily recruited, even in this hot market, and who knows how hot this market will be next year or year end.
