Hey all. In serious need of advice. Currently 4.2 YOE in consulting, currently consultant at a T2 making 80k, will make 85k in 2 months and might get manager for 100k at end of the year. I hate consulting however and not sure how much longer I can take the grind and fight my lack of interest. Now I got an industry offer, first offer they make is 75k, it’s for internal strategy role in my preferred industry. Hours will probably be 35/week. Should I give up the salary progression and go for it?

My joining for company A is on Monday 7th November.
I have received offer from another company which slightly better than company A offer. 15%more
Company A is a product based company and company B is a Indian consulting firm. So Company A is better option.

Should I negotiate with company A HR again given its only 1 day left for my joining...

Hi sharks 🦈🦈 I recently switched from PwC India to IBM & hence need to transfer my PF to IBM.

Can anyone tell me who is to transfer the PF when someone is switching from PwC India?

At first the PwC India finance team told me that it needs to be approved by RPFC(Government).

Then when I said that in EPFO portal, it shows- 'Pending at previous employer', then they said fine we will approve it & they approved.
