So what happens when your uscis case status finally approves for I-485 after biometrics? It just randomly one day goes “approved” and your whole nail biting journey finally reaches its conclusion?

This year our staff meetings have become stressful. People struggle to politely disagree, and I feel like we’re reprimanded for weird things (like too many people taking the same sick day). Any advice

As all of you are probably experiencing as well, my school's covid numbers are climbing, staff and students. We have been dug in as much as any school I know when it comes to remaining in-person. Whose had their schools forced into remote learning due to covid? I'm even more curious if anyone's school has thresholds set that if met, then school goes from in-person to remote? I'm an in-person fan, but at some point, it's a logistical nightmare doing what we're doing staying in-person.
