Would like a platform that allows for collaboration, communication and roadmapping. Not to mention user-friendly. Currently use Jira and we're not a fan. Would it be dumb to leave before October if I’m very confident about a promotion to manager and the “substantial” raises that leadership has promised us? I can’t help but look longingly at job postings and am genuinely excited about a few that I’ve found, but it seems short sighted to apply now (and likely start in late August or early September) instead of waiting until October to get that manager title and a big raise.
