After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.

I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

You got this! I like to practice by looking at potential interview questions then answering them out loud 😂
Quickly write it down, just the question and first line story. Say 10 top questions and 1 line starting point. Print and stick it on wall. Pause when asked, thibk / look at it the 10 stories and see if you can spin.

Ask a friend or family member if they can 'mock interview' you, provide them with the questions and record it so you can improve your answers

Yes. Find some standard questions you may be asked. Record those answers. Play them back . Take notes and improve them , and repeat. You will be sharp!!
