Any good recommendations reference textbook vs. online training that explains machine learning theory for a non computer science math type person. Have someone in my leadership chain kinda high up who wants a deeper understanding of ML but won’t be building real world models. Many might not (including me) be very good at DS/Algo but strong in domain knowledge, design patterns etc.

My in person onboarding was on 10th October. I went for the same and attended the sessions as well. I didn't have my relieving letter so they postponed my onboarding to 17th October. But I didn't receive any onboarding email. Also on 1st November 120 days of my offer will be completed. As per the TCS policy I have to join within 120 days. Recruiter and HR are not responding. Any insight on my situation?
