Specifically thinking about boutique work more than traditional big law. I have received the LOI last week and i have submitted all documentations the same day. The HR messaged me saying that my offer is in process. Just curious to know the offer process period(days) and why would it take more than 3 days when the LOI has all band, role and salary breakup which means i presume that there are no approval delays. Moms. Talk to me about working under contract to hire when you have a family. Been through several rounds of interviews but the role is contract, not full time (yet).
