My first round of interview cleared for Walmart Walmart global tech but HR didn't schedule the 2nd round after 3 weeks, and he mentioned that there is some migration of tools are happening, is this the real reason or something else, Anyone face similar issues is this real or any other reason ?
I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google
Never put all your eggs in one basket. I would apply to other companies with similar or better opportunities and see what happens, if they message you before the other companies you applied to get to you then great but if not then that’s their loss. You’d be denying yourself even greater potential by waiting around for their response. Good luck!
Yea I’m still interviewing but I would prefer if I could get this job so I can stop

Assuming this is a small/medium sized startup, my assumption is they are trying to figure out what to do in this market with this role and others hence the delay in response.
Large companies like Google will take their time but a small/mid-size should get back to you very soon if they are interested. Good luck!
What do you guys think?? I usually get a sense of if I bombed interviews so I’m not surprised if I get ghosted. But for this job I really felt like the convo went well and I would hear back.
The lack of response is a strong indicator that they are going in a different direction. Try to ascertain what you liked about the role and seek similar ones.
You may wish to reframe your expectations; I've seen people with average talent get placed in a new role within a day, and at the other end of the spectrum I've seen a stellar candidate not be able to land a new role in 6 months.
There's probably an element of self reflection you can do to figure out why your last role didn't work out and figure out how to use that to avoid the same scenario in your next position.
Best of luck!
