I have family money and it’s caused me to become frustrated with my job. I really enjoy my work, but the compensation is not significant in comparison to the money I already have. My parents look down upon my job and spending the last few months in quarantine with them has made things worse. They make me feel like my job is pointless. Are they right?

How do I get into Consulting? I don’t know anything about solving case studies or have never actually competed in case competitions. Are my doors closed? Any steps to segue my career towards that? I’m currently in Compliance within Banking and Consulting just seems far more exciting to work in, even though I know it’s super tiring and hectic, I’m only 23 and I think I’d have the skin for it, i’d say I can take all sorts of feedback well. I just love that you can wear many hats in Consulting.

Can’t decide on a job offer. Currently employed and have been wanting to do something different. The other job offer is pretty much what I make now but I’d be losing on a lot of PTO.
