Can anyone recommend any firms in London who are hiring grads currently? I had signed up (contract n everything) with Accenture but was recently told that “we are completely full for 2022 and 2023” and I am happy to move somewhere else completely, instead of waiting 1.5+ years. My bio: Robotics engineer (BS) with a business Masters, and also a self-taught Data Analyst. Please help!

level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon Amazon

It has been 1.5 week. I spoke with the recruiter who approached me and she proceeded me to speak with the HM today. I am 90% certain I will get the job, as the HM interview is final interview, this company is known to do assessments, panel interviews, presentations etc but need 3 recruiters filled asap.
My question is how do I approach my director about this if I get an offer. I am nervous as I have never done this before. I’d like to stay if they match or come close as I have great relationships with the teams, and built “sweat equity” here. She is happy with my work and I enjoy my job and work- Life balance.
My other concern is I don’t want to leave early. I left
My first position 8 months in due to them not accommodating my out of state move, I had no option but to leave but if I leave again it will be at the 10 month mark. I don’t want to have that many employers in the past two years, not sure how to go about it.
About the whole tenure thing - the right hiring team will hear you out and as outlined above your reasons for leaving are justified. If you have such a good working relationship with your current manager I would speak with them and just be transparent that you were approached with another opportunity and are wondering how likely you'll have a path to be promoted or not. That's just a fair question, might give her the reasoning she needs to get the exception she's asking for.
If you do get the offer and the comp is much higher (sidebar - premature promotion doesn't mean you shouldnt still receive an increase) let them know that too, if they can match great, if you don't want to walk over money then let them know your priority is to stick with them but you'd like to work your way to that # over the next (insert reasonable timeline here).
If they can't promote and match and you end up in this new role don't stress about the tenure, it's totally reasonable to explain in future interviews that at the time it was a very competitive market and you were looking to advance but your org had a strict 1 yr required policy and you got an offer you couldn't refuse.
