Transferring to a team within your current agency is always a great way. Assuming you like where you work and they are open to people moving around - an agency would rather keep good people, over them leave. Perhaps worth a discussion with your talent team/manager. And talk to the strategy team to find out if they have roles. Most of the time, it’s hard to move unless there is actually headcount to do so
